She is survived by: her parents, Gary Wayne and Diana Lynn Phillips (Welch) of Athens; her children, Stephanie Lynn Dye (Ronald) of Logan, Leeland Edward Monroe (Analiese Jacobsen) of Logan, Chelsie Phillips (Kendall Beck) of Logan and Cheyenne Brown of Logan; her brother Gary Wayne Phillips Jr. (Hollie) of Millfield; and her nephew Jimmy Monroe. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren.
