He was predeceased by: his parents, Deuel Hawkins and Mary Hawkins (Legg). He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Don Hawkins (Gale) of Logan and Lisa Penzenstadler (James) of Gahanna, Ohio; his grandchildren, Steven Hawkins of Goosecreek, Crystal Hawkins Summerville, Matthew Hawkins of Goosecreek, Megan Penzenstadler of Gahanna, Michael Penzenstadler of Los Angeles, Adam Stadvec (Brittany) of Peru, Alyssa Stadvec of Lithopolis and Aimee Williams (Jon) of Loganville, Georgia; his great grandchildren, Felicity Hawkins of Goosecreek, Nathan Henson of Loganville and Loralei Stadvec of Peru, Indiana; his siblings, Deuel Edward Hawkins (Anna) of Ravenswood and Mary Wright (John) of Cottageville; and his brother-in-law Harold Wilson.
