He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Lou Proctor (Mowery); his children, Charles E. Proctor of Logan, Ohio, Gregory A. Proctor (Lisa) of Logan, Ohio and Claudette Sue Roush (David) of Logan, Ohio; his grandchildren, Misty Armstrong (Chad), Chaz Proctor (Jamie), Cody Proctor (Kirsten), Gregory Eric Proctor (Stacey), David Kyle Roush (Brandy), Cory Proctor (Heaven), Brittney Gillespie (Dan) and Kierra Saxton; his great grandchildren, Kobie, Kayden, Kameron, Keyton, Payzli, Nykya, Sawyer, Jase, Cooper, Bently, Maddy, Brianna, Lexi, Corah, Lisa, Macey and Kylee; his sister Carol Jones of Columbus, Ohio; and his siblings-in-law, Josephine Proctor of Logan, Pauline Proctor of Castleburry, Helen Proctor of Newark, Ohio, Timmothy Brian of Orlando and Eugene Mowery of Danville, Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
