With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Sampson of Logan, Ohio, who passed away on April 29, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Milton and Elva Mae Binegar (Belles); her husband George Sampson; and her siblings, Paul Binegar, Robert Binegar, Florabelle Ives Hutchins and Eleanor Ruth Binegar.

She is survived by: her sons, Charlie Fizer (Crystal) of Logan, Richard Fizer of Ft. Myers, FL and Jeff Fizer (Kandy) of Logan; her siblings, Kathleen Slater Bowling of Grove City, Ed Binegar (Gloria) of Greenfield and Dave Binegar (Charlene) of Bainbridge; and her sister-in-law Saundra Binegar of Albuquerque, N. M.. She is also survived by six grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
