He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Leo and Dorothy Kathryn Dalton (Welch); and his siblings, Patricia M. Mance and Gary D. Dalton. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Jo Dalton (Bellar); his daughters, Milissa Bond (Jason) of Logan, Ashley Mojzer (JC) of Logan and Stevie Stimmel (Brant) of Logan, Ohio; his grandchildren, Dalton Bond, Rileigh Hudson (Ashton), Kellen Bond and Briggs Stimmel; and his sister Pamela S. Kline (Terry) of Sugar Grove, Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the Dalton family suggests donations in Steve's memory may be made to St. John Catholic Chruch, 351 N. Market St., Logan, OH 43138, or Fairhope Hospice, 282 Sells Rd., Lancaster, OH 43130.
