He is survived by: his children, Kristin Rinehart of Logan and Charles William Rinehart III of Logan; his grandson Charles William Rinehart IV of Logan; and his sisters, Nancy Rheinscheld (Bruce) of Logan, Brenda Sue Barnett (Tom) of Lancaster, Terry Lynn Rinehart of Logan and Lee Ann Clonch (Marcus) of Logan.
