He is survived by: his parents, Marcia Fawn Fetherolf (Jim) and Glenn Robert "Rob" Hemsworth (Beverly) of Logan; his sisters, Amy Ann Hemsworth and Traci Michelle Church (Lance Campbell); his grandmother Lois Harriet "Patty" Hemsworth; and his nieces, Alexis Fawn Hemsworth of Logan, Laquisha Jaylyn Cassells of Logan and Kiara Raigan Church of Logan.
