He is survived by: his parent Donna Wagner Meadows; his children, Dustin D. Meadows of Logan and Mary Elizabeth Meadows of Logan; his brother Douglas L. Meadows (Adeana L.) of Logan; his nieces, Jamie McClelland, Tera Bartlett, Jordan Meadows and Jillian Meadows; his nephew Danny Meadows; his sister-in-law Lee Ann Meadows; and his child Brenda Meadows.
