He was predeceased by: his father Boyd Melvin Conley; and his brother Donald R. Conley. He is survived by: his mother Brenda Louise Conley (Dalton); his fiancée Vera Croft; and his sisters, Betty Ringhiser of Logan and Mary Anderson (Shaver) of Rockbridge, Ohio. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the Conley family suggests donations in Mike's memory be made to Fairhope Hospice, 282 Sells Road, Lancaster, Ohio 43130.
