She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Frank and Edna May Nihiser (Dykes); her daughter Rebecca Ann Avery; and her brothers, Robert E. and Thomas E. Nihiser.
She is survived by: her husband Neil Reese Goss of Logan; her son Steven Neil Goss of Poughkeepsie; her grandchild Brant Avery of Vestal; her siblings, Frank D. Nihiser of Logan, Richard J. Nihiser (Margie) of Logan, William C. Nihiser (Barbara) of Logan, Harry V. Nihiser (Nellie) of Union Furnace, Ohio and Ada M. Nash of Logan; and her sister-in-law Glenda R. Nihiser of Logan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
