She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Thomas and Mary Ellen Smith Matheny; and her husband David A. Chapman. She is survived by: her daughter Deborah J. Powell (Stephen) of Logan; her stepson Craig Chapman of Indianapolis; her grandchildren, Dakota J. Flowers of Logan, Thomas R. Powell (Emily) of Laurelville and Ryan E. Chapman (Rachel) of Athens; her great grandchildren, Liam, Elliott and Stella; and her siblings, John Matheny (Pit) of Phoenix, Michael Matheny (Vonna) of Colorado Springs, David Matheny (Monika) of Germany and Carol Patterson of Logan.
