She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Dennis and May Chilcote Phillips; her husband Robert D. Kuhn; and her siblings, Dale, Billy, Nathan Dennis and Ellen Willis.
She is survived by: her daughter Bobbi Enderle (Aaron Pletcher) of Logan; her granddaughter Amy Black (Jeff) of Logan; her great grandchild Maxwell Black of Logan; her brother Jimmie Dennis of Las Vegas; and her son-in-law Steve Enderle of Logan.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Ada Kuhn to the Hocking Valley Community Hospital Foundation, P.O. Box 966, Logan, Ohio 43138.
