She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Bode; her son Jeffrey Bode; and her siblings, Nelle, Russell Jr., Bufford, Susan, Paul and Charlotte.

She is survived by: her children, LaVonna Dressler (Dan), Georgia Bode (Mike) and Craig Bode (Betsy); her grandchildren, Matthew Bode (Chanel), Bret Dressler, Derek Bode (Melissa), Corrisa Bode, Ryan Dressler (Amber) and Nicole Smalley (Nate); and her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Nathan, Joshua, Zoey, Hailey, Braxton and Logan.
