He is survived by : his wife Melinda Kurka; his children, Luci Kurka, Carrie Homan (Anthony) and Tim Kurka; his grandchildren, Alissa Kurka, Brianna Resto, Kaden Homan, Jase Homan, Gabriel Homan, Kyle Kurka, Clayton Kurka, Oksana Kurka and James Kurka; his great grandchild Gianna Stoker; and his brother George Kurka Sr..
