He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Saal and Margot Saal; his former life partner Patricia Saal (Carlson); and his wife Molly Elaine Saal. He is survived by : his children, Mary Kay Sly (Donnie), Suzie Wagoner (David), Andrew Saal (Karen) and Mathew Saal (Jaime); his grandchildren, Kristen Clausen (Adam), Nicholas Barbieri (Ashley), Kati Rose Davis (Josh), Jacob Sly (Samantha Arnold), Grace Saal, Anna Saal, McKenna Saal, Malcom Saal, Ethan Saal, Morgan and Kira Boler; his great grandchildren, Riley Davis, Madalyn Clausen, Emerson Clausen, Nicholas Barbieri Jr., Maggie Davis and Nathan Barbieri; and his siblings, Sandra Shumaker (Joe), Thomas Saal and Dave Saal (Sue Allison). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
