With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald L. Carter of Lodi, Ohio, born in Camden, New Jersey, who passed away on February 29, 2024 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Buford Carter and Helen Carter (Hoffman); his father-in-law Eugene (Phyllis Sawyer); his brothers, Chuck and John Carter; and his siblings-in-law, Pete, Ted Sawyer, Wally Waldo, Bonnie Stevanus and Connie Sawyer.
He is survived by : his wife Cindy Carter (Sawyer); his children, Lisa Bowen (Brian) of Creston and Matt Barr (Zac) of Norwalk; his grandchildren, Avery and Carter; his brother Bob Carter (Shelia); and his siblings-in-law, David Sawyer (Juanita), Rick Sawyer, Ron Sawyer (Lori), Bob Stevanus, Jane Waldo, Vicki Sawyer and Sandy Carter. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and special friends.
