She is survived by : her children, Wendi Reed and Jeromy Cottrill; her grandchildren, Laurissa Shahan (Gage), Jamie Spencer (Nick), Kylee Cottrill, Serenity Cottrill and Dylan Godwith; her great grandchildren, Haylee Shahan, Keyan Shahan and Jaxon Agosta; and her siblings, Judy Conley (Merle), Darrel Thomas Cook (Barb) of Cave City, KY, Bonnie Weaver of Lancaster, William Daniel Nichols of Lodi and Donna Davis (Robert) of McArthur. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many extended family.
