He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Charles William II and Emma Lorene Hower (Loucks); his wife Martha Asche; his children, Charles William IV Hower (Kim) of Burbank, Scott Hower (Beth) of Creston and Leigh Manges (Kurt) of West Salem; his grandchildren, Shay, Chad, Andrew, Ryleigh and Jace; and his sister Nancy Knouse of Westerville, Ohio.
