In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Carl had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Carl may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Freiberg and Martha Freiberg (Woolley); and his former wife Margaret. He is survived by: his wife Janet; and his children, Douglas (Red), Starnes (Joyce) of Akron, Jannifer Landrum (Bradley) of Homerville and Jeffrey Hinzman of Akron. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lodi United Methodist Church (320 Medina St, Lodi, OH 44254). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
