He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Carroll Jordan and Mary Frances Jordan; his sister Shirley Armel; his daughter Susan Marie Chain; his grandchildren, Jessica Jordan Whitmore and Christopher Samuel Chain; his great grandchildren, Charlotte Jordan Whitmore and Clifton James Whitmore; and his nephews, Pete Calderon, Paul Calderon and Hugh Armel.
