She was predeceased by: her husband Mitchell Fultz; and her grandchildren, Karen Curtsinger and Keli Fultz. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Curtsinger (Bob), Michael Fultz (Jennifer) and Kimberly Lauman (Mike); her grandchildren, Laura Blake (Jesse), Michael Lauman and Zach Lauman; her great grandchildren, Kayla, Payten Cromer, Logan, Aidan, Emme and Abby Blake; and her brother William "Bill" Stavermann.
