She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Walker and Lois Walker (Redkey); her husband James Avery "Ace" Proffitt; and her siblings, Janet Walker, Anita Walker, Mary Stratton (Walker), Kay McLaughlin (Walker) and Richard Walker.
She is survived by: her siblings, Nancy Rhoads (Walker), Jerry, Nita Walker, Connie and Bob Schienda. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces.
