She is survived by: her daughters, Donna McMullen, Debbie Smith (Mike) and Joan Hessel; her grandchildren, Brian McMullen (Tracey), Angela Imm (Matt), Jason Smith (Tara), Anthony Smith (Jessie) and Tara Baker (Chris); her nephew John Davis Jacobs (Bev); her great-nephew John; and her great-niece Julie. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
