He was predeceased by: his father Steven Scott Crawford; and his grandparent Lee. He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Crawford and John Crawford; his mother Virginia Fay Crawford; his sister Amy Rider (Mike); his grandparents, Liz Crawford, Sam and Judy Musick; and his nieces and nephews, Scott Rider and Madilynn Rider. He is also survived by many relatives and many dear friends.
