He is survived by: his father Greg Allen; his children, Mercedes Allen, McKinley Allen, Kody Allen, Hunter Allen and Thomas Boryczka; his grandmothers, Kathy Sales and Hazel Allen; his siblings, Brad Allen and Paige Sales; and his aunts and uncles, Kim Denney, Robin Sales, Pam Sales, Sandy Mcpartlin and Annette Lawson. He is also survived by 10 cousins.
