He was predeceased by: his parents, John Weakley and Callie Weakley. He is survived by: his wife Carol I. Weakley (Hink); his children, William Jr. Weakley (Lois), Kenneth Weakley (Kevin), John Weakley (Makala), Sharon Williams (Rick) and Richard Weakley (Renee); his stepchildren, Debra McCoy, John Overby (Tonya) of Circleville and Michael Overby (Teresa) of Williamsport; and his half-brother William Squires. He is also survived by numerous other half brothers and half sisters; nieces and nephews.
