He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Ortman (Gianini); and his brothers, Gary and David. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann; his children, Tina, Stephen (Tammy), Hayden (Alyssa), Holly (Avery) and Dominic; his great grandchildren, Kaison and Arleigh; and his nieces and nephews, Jean, Joey and Anthony.
