He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Pickrell, Brenda Mills, Raymond Keplar (RT), Charles Keplar and Robert Keplar; his grandchildren, Zachary Wilburn (Taylor Zimmer), Raeanna Keplar (Kyle Swinger) and Katelyn Mills; his great grandchildren, Lucas Wilburn and Jettson Swinger; his brother Milton Keplar; and his brother-in-law Greg Dalhamer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
