He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Sleffell (English) and Frederick Sleffel; his brothers, Jack, Fred and Paul; his daughter Patricia Lee Sleffel; his daughter-in-law Gretchen Sleffel; his grandchildren, Patricia Lee Sleffel and Patrick Lee Sleffel III; and his son Patrick Lee Sleffel Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Sleffel; his grandson Patrick Lee Sleffel IV (Elizabeth); and his great grandchild Gabriel Sleffel.
