He was predeceased by: his wife Maria; and his son-in-law Edward Lukuch. He is survived by: his children, Grazyna Lukuch, Andrew Samczuk (Sinda) and Marek Samczuk (Laurie). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
