He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Seipel and Helen Seipel; and his brother George Seipel. He is survived by: his sons, Joshua and Johnathon Seipel of Atlanta, GA; his siblings, Dick Seipel (Margaret), Joe Seipel (Sheri), Susie O'Reilly and Joanie Reeder (Herb); and his sister-in-law Arlena Seipel. He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
