She was predeceased by: her parents, Orestes and Alberta. She is survived by: her husband Nick Charles Panzera; her children, Judith Beight (Stephen) and David Panzera (Robin); her sister Marilouise Lemaster (Roy); her grandchildren, Brandon, Jordan, Taylor (Beight), Vincent and Nico (Panzera); and her siblings-in-law, Almerinda Sborgia, Paul Panzera and Fred Lombardi. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The day of her passing, Carolyn was able to speak with her dearest family members through video chat, since Covid-19 restrictions prevented them from standing by her side.

Donations in her name preferred to the Arthritis Foundation, 3740 Ridge Mill Dr., Hilliard, OH 43026.
