Wagner of Little Hocking, Ohio, born in Marietta, Ohio, who passed away on May 29, 2022, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Donald Eugene Parsons and Opal Jane Sinclair; her husband Joseph Wagner; her children, Damon Newlon and Breannah Newlon; and her grandchildren, Joshua, Maxwell and Penelope.
