She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrison Crump and Ila Byrd Crump (Oliver); her husband Lloyd; and her daughter Betty Jane Kelbaugh. She is survived by: her children, Anita Vaughan of Belpre, Marie Buskirk (Fred) of Elizabeth, Roberta Sue Kelly (William) of Little Hocking and Bruce Kelbaugh (Anna) of Little Hocking; her sister Dorothy Brown of Austell Georgia; and her grandchildren, Brian Vaughan, Karen Guido, Lisa Vaughan, Josh Buskirk, Mike Buskirk (Michelle), Denise Kelbaugh (Hannah) and Christopher Kelbaugh (Amy). She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home (801 Victor St, Belpre, OH 45714). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
