He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Starcher and Mary R. Tennant Starcher; and his sister Shelly Batten. He is survived by: his wife Pam; his son Jesse Keith Starcher (Mindy) of Devola, Ohio; his stepdaughters, Sara Beth Lambiotte (Todd) of Pettyville and Lori Ashley (Tim) of Mineral Wells; and his grandchildren, T. J. Lambiotte, Louden Haga, Avery Grace Haga, Kiera Starcher, Caleb Starcher and Colton Starcher.
