He is survived by: his mother Mary Phillips of Little Hocking; his sons, Michael Joe Randolph of Belpre and David Randolph of Buchtel; his stepson Joshua Cassimore (Heather) of Virginia; his daughter April Randolph of Dayton; his stepdaughter Katherine Cassimore of Parkersburg; his close friend Deborah Cassimore of Little Hocking; and his siblings, Wanda Fox of Little Hocking, Randy Randolph (Linda) and Howard Randolph of Little Hocking.
