She is survived by: her parents, Larry Edward Sr. and Norma Jean McIntire; her husband Richard Todd Haynes; her daughters, Kiah Raquel Haynes of Columbus, OH, Alexa Gabrielle Haynes of Sydney and Jayda Isabelle Haynes of Little Hocking, OH; and her brother Aaron McIntire (Heather). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the foster system of Morgan County. They would like donations of brand-new duffle bags, brand-new suitcases, brand-new backpack, or hygiene / toiletry type items for kids who come into their care.
