It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Lowe of Little Hocking, Ohio, who passed away on April 13, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark Horton and Lulu Matheny Horton; her granddaughters, Jennifer Lynn Miller and Christy Lowe; and her siblings, Robert, Harry, Roy, James, Bill, Jack, Helen and Ida.
She is survived by: her husband Wilbert "Bill" Lowe; her children, David (Kathi Lowe), Eugene (Angie Lowe), Linda (Tim Carper), Terri (Burton Brown), Ruthie Lowe of Little Hocking, Kathi (Gary Lanham) and Destiny Lowe (Payton Lowe); and her sister Martha Lowe of Willoughby. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
