He was predeceased by: his father Timothy Howard. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Howard (Johnson); his wife Michele Howard (O'Connor); his son Ty Howard (Marine Corp); his siblings, Joe Stephens (Dee), Timmy Jr. (Maryanne), Ted, Travis (Marcy), Trent (Lynn) and Cheryl Howard; his grandmothers, Joan Howard and Dottie Johnson; his parents-in-law, George and Juanita O'Connor; and his sister-in-law Malinda McKinley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
