He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his mother-in-law Betty; his siblings, Scott, Julia, Susan and Stacey; his nieces and nephews, Michael, Griffin, Garrett (Noelle), Meredith and Christina (JJ); his great-niece Quinn; and his sister-in-law Anita (Chuck). He is also survived by friends and coworkers.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Micks name to a charity of one's choice.
