He is survived by: his wife Deanna; his children, Rhett Dilcher (Jenni) and Jennifer Chapman (Christopher); his grandchildren, Laura Richardson (Zack), Erin Perry (Charles), Dalton and Garrett Dilcher; his sister Donna Kay Savage; and his brother-in-law David Lindsey (Barbara). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
