He is survived by: his wife Ludy Hitchcock (Meinen); his daughter Kelly Noffsinger (Dana) of Canal Winchester; his niece Linda Albers (Jack) of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, Jack Albers (Cindi), Joe Albers, Katie Masse (Andrew), Julianne, Mathias and Sophia Noffsinger; his great grandchildren, Jackson Albers and Masse; and his sister Arletta Weber of Walnut Creek, CA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
