He is survived by: his wife Julianne Hoffman; his siblings, Gerald, Frank, John, Glenn, Suzy, Sally and Franci; his children, Tony Van Gundy (Beth) of New Albany, Lisa Gibson (Howard) of Carroll, Harold Van Gundy II of Gahanna, Jon Van Gundy (Dawn) of Grove City and Nicole Nessley (Brad Benson) of Canal Winchester; his grandchildren, Deanna Gualtieri (Chris), Alex Schiff, Meghan Imhulse (Kyle), Jason Van Gundy (Hannah), Jeffrey Van Gundy, Caitlin Van Gundy (Zack Nagaich), Joseph Van Gundy, Cody Long, Hunter Nessley, Zoey Van Gundy and Zander Van Gundy; and his great grandchildren, Adlai Gualtieri, Brysen Van Gundy, Gunner Nicolia, Julianne Brigner, Finn Van Gundy and Chloe Imhulse. He is also survived by siblings, nieces and nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, cousins and many special friends.
