She was predeceased by: her husband Louis M. Belek; and her daughter Margaret Belek. She is survived by: her children, Martha Phelps (Weldon) of Memphis, TN, Michael Belek (Barbara) and Jonathan Belek (Sandra). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
