He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Palmer and Phoebe Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn "Bunny" Palmer; his sons, William "Bill" Palmer (Patricia Mears) and Robert "Bob" Palmer (Vanessa Glanzman); his granddaughter Rachel Radford (Andrew); and his great grandchildren, Pierce Radford and Anderson Radford.
