She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Stalnaker and Maysel Stalnaker; her husband Junior "Red" Samples; and her siblings, Argil, James (Johnnie), Neil Stalnaker, Judy Hyer (Bill) and Johanna Heater.
She is survived by: her children, Sue Marco, Leah Hershey (Larry) and Mancel Samples (Dee Layne); her grandchildren, Melody Marco (Philip Richards), Marybeth Marco, Katie DeSimone (Brian), Kevin Hershey (Kelly Speidel) and Carolyn Copeland (Dennis); her great grandchildren, Taylor Schweitzer, Jenna, Justin DeSimone, Maddie Mae, Randy Copeland and Owen Hershey; and her sister-in-law Betty Stalnaker. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
