She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Hoffman and Daisy Hoffman (Simpson). She is survived by: her sons, David Crumpler (Lori) and Randy Crumpler (Brenda); and her grandchildren, Jeffrey Crumpler (Jen), Robert Crumpler (Shannon), Kevin Kotalik, Anita Martin (Jeff), Deanna Befus and Michelle Befus (John). She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
