With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Swingle of Litchfield, Ohio, born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on September 10, 2020 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Christopher F. Swingle and Pauline C. Swingle; his wife Margaret Weigel; and his siblings, Francis, Donald, John, Paul, Helen Schaefer and Margaret Cuyler.
He is survived by: his children, Chick, Penny Fabich (Ron), Patty Reisner (Glen), Cindy Culp (Mike), Nancy Miller (Rick) and Jacky Maxworthy (Kevin); his grandchildren, Nate, Emmy (Katie), Abby Fabich, Sarah Mueller (Grant), Heather Doyle (John), Chris (Stephanie), Cory Reisner (Chelcee), Crystal Jones (Dave), Jennie, Adam Culp, Holly Sims (Dallas), Kyle Miller, Tim (Sarah), Nick and Zach Maxworthy; his sister-in-law Kay Swingle; and his niece Joan Swartz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
