He was predeceased by: his parents, William Adams and Elizabeth Adams (Miller); his wife Leola Adams (Tackett); his son Thomas Adams; his grandson Patrick; and his brothers, William and Arthur.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy Adams, Teresa Dennis (Todd) and Legennia "Gina" Safran (Scott); and his grandchildren, Patrese, Rusty, Dustin, Jessica, Isiah, Shannon, Joshua and Andrew. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren, and numerous siblings.
