He was predeceased by: his parents, William Williams and Sarah Elizabeth Williams (Reese); his daughters, Diana Lynn Jackson and Sally Ann Burrier; and his siblings, Angeline Davies, Harold "Tony" Williams, Wilbert "Tuck" Williams, James Keeder, Ezra McLaughlin, Ronnie Swager and Barnard Keeder.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia L. Williams (Davis); his children, Pamela Rea Johnson (Tim), Donna Jean Williams, William T. Williams, Jr., Robert Lee Williams, Charles S. Williams and Larry Jan Williams; and his siblings, Betty Jo Hunt, Patricia Ralston, Mary Bentz, Kenneth Keeder, Robert McLaughlin and Charles Keeder. He is also survived by several grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
